Terms and Conditions of Lets Meet The Locals Community Dinner:
Cost
Final and complete price of NZD $ 65.00 per person (there are no taxes or tips or any other amount payable beyond this amount).
Payment Required in Advance
Payment is required prior to attending the event via credit card or Paypal. Tickets cannot be purchased at the door.
Refunds
If cancellation is by Meet the Locals, then the customer will be entitled to 100% of the amount paid for this event
If cancellation is by the customer, 100% is refundable only if cancelled at least 3 days prior to the event. There are no partial or full refunds where cancellation in this case is made less than 3 days before the event.
Timing
The dinner event starts at 630 pm and ends at 800 pm.
Customers are required to be on time at the start so that formalities can begin at the start without interruption. If you arrive conclusion of welcoming formaiities.
Menu Items
The buffet meal will consist of a selection of non-vegetarian, vegetarian, and dairy free items only. The buffet will consist of starters, mains, and desert. No specific provision has been made for vegan or gluten free diners.
Complaints
If the customer is dissatisfied in part or in whole with any aspect of the event, this person is requested to raise it with the host as soon as possible so that corrective action can be taken in a timely manner.
